We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (LYON & INTERNATIONAL)

  • Lyon Local Express: Free 24-48h delivery is available only for eligible Lyon city.
  • Processing: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • International: Customers are responsible for all import duties and local taxes. SIXNEUF is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal carriers (La Poste, Mondial Relay, etc.).

6. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Lyon.
