Shipping policy

🇫🇷 EXCLUSIVE: LYON EXPRESS

For our customers located in Lyon, we offer a premium local delivery service:

  • Cost: FREE Shipping on all orders.
  • Delivery Time: Your order will be delivered within 24-48 hours after your order confirmation.
  • Note: This service applies strictly to the Lyon city districts.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has officially shipped.
  • Please note that potential delays may occur during high-volume periods (collection drops/holidays) or due to postal service issues outside of our control.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with La Poste/Colissimo and Mondial Relay to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • France (Standard): 3–5 business days after processing.
  • International: 7–14 business days after processing.

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct. SIXNEUF is not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (minus the shipping fee) and ask you to re-submit your order.

 

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using international carrier partners.

Taxes and Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SIXNEUF is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer. The carrier may hold your package until these fees are paid.

 

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number.

  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
  • If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (for France) or 20 days (for International), please contact us with your name and order number.
